Join us for our next session of our quarterly Coaching & Mentoring Circle series, an exclusive, free benefit for WISE Arizona members. These intimate, small-group sessions are designed to create meaningful connection, honest conversation, and professional growth. Each circle will focus on a timely professional topic and will be limited in capacity to ensure a highly engaging, supportive experience. It is OK to disagree, just do so respectfully by outlining your own perspective Bio: Gina Phelps Thoebes, PhD, ACC, is the Vice President, Organizational Performance for the Arizona Cardinals Football Club, where she leads internal talent management initiatives and serves as an internal leadership coach and consultant. Gina is an experienced Executive, Leadership, and Team coach and an experienced OD consultant and offers services through her company Stella Polaris Executive Development. She also serves as the leadership track instructor for the Data Driven HR Academy. Prior to joining the Arizona Cardinals, Gina was an Organizational Development Consultant and applied researcher at Cleveland Clinic, as well as a Vice President at Macy’s Department Stores. Gina is on the Board of Directors for WISE Arizona and is a member of the Society of Industrial Organizational Psychologists and the Arizona Chapter of the International Coach Federation.
