July 2026 Art Show: Richard Small In-Person

About Richard Small: I have been an artist for as long as I can remember. Starting out at around 8-10 years old I’ve always been a creative. Photography, drawing, painting, woodcarving and even a dip into stained glass along with numerous other genres. I’m largely self taught and recently was described as my art being outsider art which I consider a complement. I am a lifelong, seven decade, Ellsworth resident and I live with my wife of 48 years Dotty, and eight crazy dachshunds. I also have a beautiful creative daughter and two amazing grandchildren.
