Rising Readers - Thursday

Service DescriptionRising Readers (K-2 Reading Levels) Class starts in September 2026. Rising Readers is a small-group reading class designed to help early readers strengthen their skills, build confidence, and develop a love for reading. This class is designed for students working at Kindergarten through 2nd grade reading levels. Each week, students develop their reading skills focusing on phonics, phonemic awareness, fluency, comprehension, and vocabulary. Classes begin with a fun, interactive whole-group lesson and then move into small-group work where students practice new skills with the Tara West Guided Phonics and Beyond curriculum through hands on activities and guided reading. Because each lesson builds on the previous week, families are asked to commit to the full semester to allow students the time and consistency needed to make meaningful progress. Classes are intentionally very small (4 students per group) , creating a supportive environment that feels like personalized tutoring while still allowing students to learn alongside peers. Semester: September - December (Fall Semester) Class Size: 4 students per group Schedule Options: • Tuesdays from 3:30-4:30 PM | 3 Thursdays each month • Thursdays from 3:30-4:30 PM | 3 Thursdays each month Tuition Options: • $175 if paid in full for the semester (includes a $25 discount) • $50 per month (Due by the 1st of each month.
