The Source Mobile Women's Health Clinic at Elgin Recreation Center

The Source Mobile Medical Clinic will be onsite at the Elgin Recreation Center providing FREE, high-quality health services for women in our community. This mobile clinic partners with local civic organizations to bring care directly to trusted community locations. The Source will be at the Elgin Recreation Center on the FIRST Wednesday of every month. Services may include: - Free pregnancy testing and ultrasound confirmation - Well-woman exams, including PAP tests for cervical cancer screening - STI testing and treatment - Confidential counseling, educational resources, and support for new and expectant parents Location: Elgin Recreation Center (Front Parking Lot) Appointments encouraged for faster service.
