Join us for "Stretch Yourself Healthy" with Kelly, Barbara, and Pattie at the Elgin Recreation Center, every Tuesday from 7:45 AM to 8:45 AM. This class is free for members and $5 per class for non-members. Stretching is a vital practice for enhancing health, as simple yet effective movements can improve flexibility, balance, and help prevent falls. Designed for healthy adults aged 18 and older, this new slow stretch class combines breath work with stretching exercises and muscle balance techniques. Participants will enjoy a mix of slow athletic stretches on mats or chairs, along with exercises using stretch bands or yoga straps.
