Join us for "Stretch Yourself Healthy" with Kelly, Barbara, and Pattie at the Elgin Recreation Center every Tuesday from 7:45 AM to 8:45 AM. This class is free for members and $5 per class for non-members. Stretching is a fantastic way to enhance your health, as it helps improve flexibility, balance, and fall prevention. Designed for healthy adults aged 18 and older, this new slow stretch class combines breath work, stretching exercises, and muscle balance. Participants will engage in slow athletic stretching on a mat or chair, with the use of stretch bands and yoga straps incorporated into the exercises. Elevate your wellness with us!
