Restorative Yoga with Patti at Elgin Recreation Center

Join Patti for Restorative Yoga at the Elgin Recreation Center every Tuesday from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. This class is free for members and $5 for non-members. Suitable for all ages, restorative yoga involves holding poses (Asanas) for extended periods while using props like blocks, blankets, and bolsters.
