Heather C. Keith, Esq. is the founder of Keith Family Law in Westfield, New Jersey, where she focuses exclusively on divorce and family law. A graduate of Oberlin College and Seton Hall University School of Law, Heather previously served as judicial law clerk to the Hon. Lisa F. Chrystal, former Presiding Judge of the Family Part in Union County. She is trained in divorce mediation, conciliation skills, and Collaborative Divorce, and has represented clients in both the New Jersey Superior Court and Appellate Court. Heather serves on the editorial board of the New Jersey Family Lawyer, has been rated by Super Lawyers, and is known for her calm, practical, resolution-oriented approach.
Melissa Schwartzman, LCSW is a licensed therapist,and founder of Melissa Beth Counseling with over 25 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate the emotional and practical challenges of relationship transitions. She holds a Masters in Social Work from New York University and a Masters in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. She supports clients through separation, divorce, and co-parenting with a compassionate, client-centered approach focused on clarity, resilience, and informed decision-making during times of change.
