MCL Summer Reading Kick Off: Little Rockers Children's Concert

The Morris County Library is excited to kick off summer with a series of engaging events for all ages! Join us for the **MCL Summer Reading Kick Off** featuring a **Little Rockers Children's Concert** on June 9 for children 12 and under, where Chris and Jessie Apple will perform a live, interactive rock show that combines music and fun. Registration for the concert is required.

Following the concert, dive into our **Petting Zoo** event from Swift Farms, perfect for children of all ages—no registration is needed, and parents must accompany their children.

Teens aged 13 to 18 can participate in **Teen Summer Reading Bingo**, starting June 29, where they can win prizes by completing reading challenges. Meanwhile, children 12 and under can also join the **Children's Summer Reading Club** starting June 15, tracking their reading for a chance at great prizes.

Adults 18 and older are invited to join the **Adult Summer Reading Bingo**, beginning June 1, with opportunities to win gift cards by completing reading challenges.

Additionally, don't miss the **Exhibit: Declaration 1776: The Big Bang of Modern Democracy**, showcasing the legacy of the Declaration of Independence from December 2025 through December 2026. Join us this summer for a season filled with literature, fun, and learning at your local library!
