In this community workshop, Dr. Huang makes traditional Tai Chi accessible for all fitness levels. Often described as Meditation in Motion, the session focuses on fundamentals such as joint health, standing meditation, and weight shifting. Participants will learn techniques to cultivate balance and relieve stress.
Dr. Gang Huang is a certified master instructor and a lineage-holding disciple of Yang Style Tai Chi and an authorized instructor with the International Yang Family Tai Chi.
Wear comfortable clothing and flexible, flat shoes. No special equipment required.
