SDI Equipment Specialist Course

**SDI Equipment Specialist Course, Two Saturdays in July**
You use your gear every time you hit the water. This course teaches you how it actually works.
The SDI Equipment Specialist is open to anyone who wants to understand, maintain, and troubleshoot scuba equipment, whether you're a certified diver or just gear-curious. Minimum age 18, or 10 with parental consent.
Over two Saturdays, you'll get an in-depth look at the full range of dive equipment: how it functions, how to care for it, and how to handle basic field repairs so a small problem doesn't end your dive day.
**What the course covers:**
Exposure suits (wetsuits and drysuits): how they work, materials, and basic repairs

BCDs and regulators: function, maintenance, and troubleshooting

Cylinders, weight systems, computers, and accessories

Proper cleaning, storage, and care to protect your investment

Saturday, July 18, 2026 / 8AM to 6PM

Saturday, July 25, 2026 / 8AM to 6PM
