Details:
Metal Marvels is a two-week summer camp at the Metal Museum for middle and high school students aged 12-18. This camp integrates metal art-making with scientific studies like chemistry, mathematics, physics, and engineering. Metal Marvels demonstrates how STEM subjects can be engaging and enjoyable through creative activities such as forging, casting, and enameling. Students learn valuable metalworking techniques and scientific principles, fostering imaginative thinking and problem-solving. The camp concludes with a celebration at the Metal Museum where students and their families participate in hands-on activities.
It runs for two weeks from 9:00AM – 1:00PM, July 14–17 and July 21–July 24.
