Light Yoga Nidra with Nikki

During this meditative experience of sleep yoga, participants will be encouraged to lay down in a comfortable spot, inviting a deep restoration of the luminous energy field and the body’s systems, especially the central nervous system.
Participants will be guided through this deep state of expanded awareness and relaxation where we can access our subtle energy, subconscious, dreams, visions, wisdom, inner knowings, and more. It allows a rebooting and shifting of the brain to a theta/delta state, releasing stress/anxiety patterns while promoting a peaceful, harmonious connection within the body, mind, & spirit.
30 mins to 1 hr of yoga nidra gives the effects of 2- 4 hrs of deep restorative sleep.

All of Nikki’s training is through her teacher and mentor Lisa Ishwari Murphy of founder of Sva Ha Academy.
