HCCC’s always-anticipated Subscription Dining Series is fast approaching, and subscriptions for this in-demand fall fixture are expected to sell out quickly.
Your involvement gives our culinary students the chance to perfect their craft and accumulate the hours needed to complete their required externships with you by their side.
Location: Culinary Conference Center
Time: 12:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M.
Dates: September 25, October 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, November 13, and 20
(HCCC is closed on Friday, November 6 for Diwali.)
Subscriptions for the full series are $1,679 for all eight weeks*, or $899 for a half series subscription. Please note that half series subscriptions can only be the first four dates or the last four dates.
*Single weeks are not available.
Our menu consists of unique meals and service prepared entirely by our students:
Appetizer, entree, dessert, non-alcoholic beverages, and other surprises!
Seating is limited to four diners per table, per week.
Gratuity not included.
