Tristan Kusnierek, affectionately known as The Bald Man, began his brewing journey in 1992 during college. After a brief hiatus due to apartment life, a 2001 brewing session rekindled his passion, leading to his own brewing kit. Inspired by the desire to share his creations at his wedding, he invested in a keg system, which was a hit among guests. In 2006, he upgraded to professional brewing equipment. Formal training at the American Brewers Guild in 2012 and his collaboration with Dan Jacobs led to the establishment of our brewery, where Tristan's exceptional artisan brews can be savored by all.
