The Artful Arches was created by K-Works Studio (Katie Donahue and Katharina Hoerath) in partnership with Mall of America, Artistry and Fraser, with sponsorship from PNC Bank, PepsiCo and the James A. Levine Trust, and additional support from the City of Bloomington Office of Creative Placemaking.
