Join us for a class for adults that will provide an opportunity for you to relax through gentle stretching and mindful breathing. This class is designed for anyone who would like to slow down, connect with the body and calm the mind. Both beginners and experienced yogisare welcome. During the class, you will be guided through a series of yoga poses and mindful breathing techniques intended to calm the busy mind and stretch the body. Registration is required.
