The Storm Exchange | SE Welcome Week 2026 Tuesday, August 18 | 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Southeastern Oklahoma State University Student Union | Durant, Oklahoma Durant's newest class is arriving, and they are ready to meet you. The Storm Exchange is Southeastern Oklahoma State University's signature Welcome Week fair, connecting hundreds of incoming and returning students with the local businesses, organizations, and community partners that make Durant worth staying in. This is not a passive handout table. This is a first impression, a conversation starter, and a relationship that can carry a student from orientation to employment. The event is completely FREE to participate in. Most vendor tables are located inside the air-conditioned Student Union, because August in Oklahoma is not for the faint of heart.
