The Children's Campus, part of the Oaklawn organization, provides intensive residential treatment programs for youth throughout Indiana. It serves individuals aged 12 to 18 who are experiencing psychiatric, emotional, developmental, or behavioral challenges, as well as those with intellectual and developmental disabilities, substance use issues, or sexually harmful behaviors. The campus offers a continuum of care, including diagnostic and evaluation services, and focuses on developing healthy coping skills to support successful community reintegration. Programs utilize evidence-based practices and include multidimensional treatment, medical services, family engagement, and skills training. School services are provided on campus by School City of Mishawaka. Oaklawn itself is a leading provider of mental health and addiction services for children, adolescents, and adults in Elkhart and St. Joseph counties, offering a full range of services from outpatient therapy to inpatient care, with a mission to help people live in harmony with self, others, and God through healing and growth of the whole person.
