Red, White & Blue Celebration: Celebrating 250 Years of America

The Annual Red, White & Blue Celebration is back, and this year, we're making it extra special as this year marks a historic milestone as America celebrates its 250th birthday!
Enjoy a full day of patriotic fun, family-friendly activities, special shopping promotions, live entertainment, and unforgettable experiences both inside and outside the mall.
Outdoor festivities begin at 5:00 PM with a live Radio Dubuque broadcast, bounce house, and many different family friendly activities, followed by live music at 6:00 PM, all for FREE!
At 7:00 PM, look to the skies as the world-famous Team Fastrax skydivers make their spectacular parachute jump into the Phoenix Theatres Drop Zone in the mall parking lot.

Happening throughout the day inside the mall:
• America 250 Free Gift with Purchase – Spend $250 or more at Kennedy Mall and receive a limited-edition America 250 plushie. Redeem in Center Court while supplies last.
• Special Independence Day Sales at select stores.
• America 250 Cake Scavenger Hunt – Search mall-wide for hidden cake displays in store windows and celebrate America's semiquincentennial. Pick up your scavenger hunt sheet in Center Court.
• America 250 Photo Booth & Contest – Capture the celebration and enter for a chance to win prizes.
• FREE Face Painting by Captured on Canvas – Available from 5:00–7:00 PM in Center Court.
