Create a Fish - All Ages Craft Workshop

Join local artist K Kriesel for the "Who is the River? Create a Fish All Ages Workshop," a family-friendly, collaborative craft event where participants can create fabric fish in celebration of the Upper Mississippi River. This workshop, which is part of the "Who is the River?" group exhibition, encourages community members to engage in artistic appreciation and creativity. All materials will be provided. The traveling art exhibit will be on display at the Galena Public Library from August 1-31. K Kriesel, originally from Chicago and now based in Jo Daviess County, IL, has studied art therapy at Alverno College in Milwaukee, WI, and incorporates nature themes into their textile artwork.
