Butterflies may get all the glory, but they’re just one part of a much bigger pollination story! Join a Dubuque County Conservation staff member as we explore the amazing world of native bees, flies, beetles, moths, and even dragonflies.
We’ll start indoors with a fun, informative look at both the well‑known monarch and the lesser‑known insects that keep our ecosystems thriving. Then we’ll head outside for a guided walk through the arboretum to see what tiny pollinators are buzzing, crawling, or fluttering around.
