A 75-Minute Yoga Celebration
On what for some may be the most anticipated day of the year, (Taylor Swifts potential wedding day) we’re rolling out our mats and flowing for all of it, the heartbreaks that shaped us, the versions of ourselves we’ve outgrown, and the person we’ve become through every single era.
This class isn’t about one chapter. It’s about all of them.
We’ll move through a 75-minute vinyasa journey that mirrors the full Taylor Swift experience: slow and soulful stretches for the tender moments, building into upbeat, dance-style releases for the ones where you finally let go. Like her music, this flow will ask you to feel it all, honor where you’ve been, and come back to yourself stronger than you left.
Because here’s what we know to be true: when you show up as your most genuine self, love finds you. Romantic love. Friendship. Community. The kind that’s golden.
After class, those who want to stay are invited to raise a glass. Prosecco for the 21+ crowd, non-alcoholic bubbles for everyone, in honor of the happy couple and in celebration of love in all the forms it takes. Romantic, platonic, the kind that shows up on your mat and the kind that meets you after.
All levels welcome. Bring your mat, your fearless spirit, and your favorite Taylor-inspired outfit if the mood strikes.
You will need:
A high quality yoga mat. (studio mat rentals are $5)
Water (we have a water refill station in studio)
Blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets are available for you to use at no additional charge
We totally understand that things come up! If you’re unable to attend, please cancel at least an hour in advance through your Momence app. If you don’t cancel ahead of time your drop-in or class credit will be forfeited.
