Slow down, soften and restore. This special offering combines the stillness of restorative yoga with the calming energy of hands-on Reiki. Throughout the class, you will be supported by bolsters, blankets and props as you settle into 4–5 restful poses and receive gentle Reiki to promote balance, grounding and relaxation.
Perfect for anyone seeking stress relief, nervous system support, or simply an hour to pause and recharge. No prior experience is necessary.
You will need:
A high quality yoga mat. (studio mat rentals are $5)
Water (we have a water refill station in studio)
Blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets are available for you to use at no additional charge
We totally understand that things come up! If you’re unable to attend, please cancel at least an hour in advance through your Momence app. If you don’t cancel ahead of time your drop-in or class credit will be forfeited.
