Enjoy sounds and music from various instruments such as drums, gongs, singing bowls, handpan, and more. Relax as I guide you through a sound meditation. Your body can drop into the resting state it deserves. Sound has many benefits mentally and physically.
Be comfy and come as you are. No need for yoga or movement just rest and recieve.
Schedule:
6:30pm, doors open
7pm start time, lock doors
7:10 - 8:30pm, performance
8:30- 8:45pm, integration / closing
Dress comfy and feel free to bring any extra blankets or pillows, eye covers, or journal. Come ready to receive, no yoga or movement required. We have some extra blocks, bolsters, blankets, and eye masks if needed.
We totally understand that things come up! If you’re unable to attend, please cancel at least an hour in advance through your Momence app. If you don’t cancel ahead of time your drop-in or class credit will be forfeited.
