ArtBarn Community Theater

ArtBarn Community Theater is a nonprofit performing arts program dedicated to youth from preschool through high school. Its mission is to foster creativity, self-esteem, and social confidence through active engagement in the performing arts. Participants develop skills in acting, singing, and dancing, while also contributing to script development, writing, and the design and construction of sets, props, and costumes. The program uniquely integrates theater arts training with social-emotional development, prioritizing individual experience and fostering a collaborative environment. ArtBarn also offers a High School Internship Program, providing alumni with leadership and mentorship opportunities. The organization emphasizes that when young people feel supported to take creative risks, they grow, gaining confidence and pride that extends beyond the stage. ArtBarn aims to nurture creativity, social confidence, and a strong sense of self within a supportive community, making theater arts accessible to all families.
