Janis Luzzo opened Every Baking Moment in July 2000. After 23 years Janis retired and AnneMarie Raymos excitedly picked up were Janis left off. AnneMarie was born and raised in Dixon. A few years after Janis opened Every Baking Moment, AnneMarie became a regular customer. She would bring her daughters in to pick up supplies and to take kids classes. Her youngest, Macee, thrived at cake decorating. It quickly became a mother and daughter weekly activity that they bonded over.
