Details:
Slow Flow & Sound begins with a 60 minute guided Hatha yoga flow, followed by a 30 minute Restorative Sound Journey.
Lisa of Wild Elm Yoga will facilitate a gentle Hatha yoga flow. Hatha yoga involves breathwork and asanas (physical poses) that are practiced at a slower pace while holding more static postures. This style of yoga is accessible to everybody, from complete the novice to the advanced yogi.
Following yoga, you’ll be treated to a Restorative Sound Journey, facilitated by Belinda of Energy Wellness. This sound bath includes a variety of sound healing instruments, including: Crystal and/or Tibetan Singing Bowls, an ocean drum, chimes and shells.
Benefits can include: improved joint mobility, higher quality sleep, decreased pain, stress and anxiety, and enhanced emotional and mental well-being.
Take the time to take care of you! Grab your yoga mat, and a bottle of water, and join us for Slow Flow & Sound. We look forward to holding space with you.
