No appointment necessary. Henry Ford Health Pediatrics is offering walk-in sports physicals at several convenient locations this summer.
All walk-in locations are open to students ages 11-18 from any school district needing a sports physical to participate in athletics during the 2026-2027 school year.
We are offering these walk-in visits June-August at locations throughout southeast Michigan and available for students from any school district.
