Gear up for or wind down from your day with morning or evening practice along the beautiful banks of the Detroit River. This community practice is open to all ages and fitness levels and will feature traditional poses targeting major muscle groups (with modifications). Bring your mat, water and a smile! Gentle Flow Yoga meets Thursdays at 6pm and Fridays at 10am in Milliken State Park (1340 Atwater). Free parking is available in the lot on-site and on nearby streets. Please allow enough time to park and walk to the class. Registration is required and will open for each session the Monday before (at noon). This year, we celebrate our 18th season of Wellness on the Riverfront - which will include three weekly offerings designed to support the wellbeing of our community.
