Join us for Workout Wednesdays with First Responders 4 Fitness led by Bianca Hopes, a nonprofit on a mission to inspire healthy living through expert-led classes, educational programs and community events. Their team brings the energy (and the know-how) to help you improve your mental, physical, nutritional and spiritual well-being. We’re offering two FREE one-hour classes every Wednesday—so you can pick the best time for your schedule: 5:30 p.m. or 6:30 p.m. Classes welcome all fitness levels and are open to the public.
