Dogwood Canyon Audubon Center

The Dogwood Canyon Audubon Center, established in 2011, is dedicated to protecting birds and their habitats through science, advocacy, and education. Located on over 200 acres of pristine wildlife habitat within the White Rock Escarpment, it serves as a sanctuary where diverse plant and animal species converge. The center offers a nature sanctuary with hiking trails, a visitor center, and educational programs designed to engage the community in conservation. It provides opportunities for learning, exploration, and connecting with nature, serving as a model for place-based experiential learning and conservation efforts nationwide. The center also hosts events, offers volunteer opportunities, and provides science education for school children.
