Participants will learn about common energy sources used in homes, explore strategies for reducing monthly energy costs through energy-efficient practices, and develop the knowledge needed to help homeowners and buyers make informed decisions during real estate transactions. The course also covers the fundamentals of energy-efficient appliances and introduces essential home energy safety concepts, equipping participants with a foundational understanding of energy-related considerations in residential properties.
