While the current slots are fully booked, upcoming sessions allow you to schedule a 30-minute appointment to address your technology questions—available up to twice a month, with one question per session. Assistance can be provided for using library resources like Libby, Hoopla, and Kanopy, as well as basic computer, tablet, and phone skills, email usage, and Microsoft Office programs. However, please note that we cannot assist with spyware or virus removal, hardware issues, job search and resume advice, setting up new devices, or any sensitive information handling.
