Details:
Learn the art of Eastern and Western Marbling. Students will explore Marbling in two different traditions and 2 techniques. Suminagashi is (Eastern) the traditional Japanese Marbling Art with paper and fabric with water and high quality pigments. Western Marbling is done by acrylic paint suspended in Carrageenan (seaweed mixture) and we will print on papers and fabric.
