Women's Construction Coalition

The Women's Construction Coalition (WCC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and advancing the professionalism, leadership, and success of women in the construction industry. They build success through achievement and collaborative partnerships, empower women by creating pathways for growth and visibility, mentor the next generation of leaders, and educate by fostering economic development through connections between contractors, agencies, and organizations. WCC also examines and influences public policy impacting women in construction, advocating for awareness and equity. The organization offers networking opportunities, professional development training, and programs like the Julia Morgan Society clubs for high school students.
