Details:
This strength training class will leave you feeling strong, accomplished and sweaty by incorporating low weight, high repatitions and muscle confusion. Each class will be different to ensure variety. We want you to feel how PURE STRENGTH training gets your heart rate up. No cardio is incorporated in this class.
12-15 year old's who have completed Iron Teens may participate independently. 12-15 year old's who have not completed Iron Teens may participate with a parent.
