Affordable Housing Advisory Committee

Members will meet in the Daytona Beach Regional Library auditorium to review the local housing incentive strategies and make recommendations. The committee's mission is to review the established policies and procedures, ordinances, land development regulations, and adopted local government comprehensive plan of Volusia County and to recommend specific actions or initiatives to encourage affordable housing while protecting the ability of the property to appreciate, and other affordable housing issues as directed.
