Join us for "Uncovering Hidden Histories" on July 22 at 3 PM at the Defiance Public Library's Summer Reading Tent, where archaeology meets exploration! In this engaging event, presented by Wendy Baker from the Defiance Soil & Water Conservation District, participants will dig for artifacts from the Hopewell People, an indigenous civilization from Ohio that thrived around 2,000 years ago. This hands-on experience will allow children and families to uncover clues from the past and learn more about this unique culture. The event is free, open to all, and no registration is necessary.
