As we raise funds to support meaningful activities and care for individuals that attend the CHP Adult Day Center in Van Wert.
8 a.m. Check-in / 9 a.m. Shotgun Start
$300/Team or $75/Player

Meal and Cart Included, Beverage Cart, and Raffles! Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin, Hopper Wagon, Double or Nothing, and Skins Game-Prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams

Logo displayed on or inside golf carts throughout the event
Recognition at check-in and on social media, One golfer registration included, One hole sponsor sign included.
Hole Sponsor – $100 (unlimited available)
Colored sign displayed at one of the holes on the course
