May 16-18, 2025 Main Event: Settlers' Encampment will be setup in the usual area of AuGlaize Village.
New this year we will be adding a timeline event that includes, Mexican-American War, Civil War, Indian Wars, Spanish American War, World War I, World War II, Korean War, Vietnam War, Gulf War, and War in Afghanistan in other areas of AuGlaize Village .
School Day is May 16th. Students get in free.
Settlers' Encampment will take you back in time to 1750 - 1815 and see how settlers survived. The weekend is filled with demonstrations and instructions on the necessities of life, ranging from plant dying and food preparation to the fur trade and weapons of that era.
