Join us for a free movement session geared toward little ones and their families, led by Laree of DRiFT: Strength + Yoga! Come prepared to move freely and joyfully, and get some of those wiggles out in a playful and open environment!
Bring a mat if you have one, and get ready for some physical family fun! Open to all abilities and attention-spans.
