Visit with Alpacas and Sheep: From McCarty's Corner Farm

Join us for a delightful outdoor event at the library as McCarty's Corner Farm brings their friendly alpacas and sheep for a special visit! Located outside of Eldridge, IA, McCarty's Corner Farm encourages connections between people, nature, and animals. This free event requires no registration—just head to the west side of the library to pet and interact with these beautiful animals. The event is part of the Children's Summer Reading Programming, sponsored by Ascentra Credit Union, Eye Surgeons Associates, the Jr Board of Rock Island, TwinState, and Necker's Jewelers through the Bettendorf Public Library Foundation. While registration for the reading challenge is encouraged at www.bettendorflibrary.com/library-reading-programs, it is not required to participate in this enchanting animal experience.
