Class Description:
This workshop offers tools to identify warning signs and risk factors associated with the commercial sexual exploitation of children in out-of-home placements. Participants will also learn how to identify and strengthen protective factors to prevent youth from involvement in commercial sexual exploitation. Resource parents will be provided with trauma-informed support resources for survivors and caregivers, crisis hotline numbers, and contact information for law enforcement entities.
