Hands-On Play

Drop in for fun, hands-on play at the library! Each week we will provide three stations of tactile, age-appropriate activities, including one sensory bin and two crafts. Drop by any time during the program to play and create at your own pace and engage your child’s sense of creativity, curiosity, and discovery! Dress for a mess or bring an art shirt, as sessions could include activities with messy or wet elements (for example: paint, salt dough, water beads, shaving cream, etc.) Target Audience: Ages 1-7 | Location: Meeting Room A/B (some activities may take place outside, generally in the shade) . | Registration encouraged to help us plan but not required Adult Supervision All children under the age of 10 must be supervised by an adult at programs and while in the library. As per our Children's Use Policy: "The Library is not responsible for the actions, supervision, or safety of a child or for guiding or monitoring a child’s use of the Library. A child 9 years of age or younger must be supervised by a caregiver at all times. A caregiver must be 14 years of age or older."
