Tracy Griffiths is a health advocate and healing arts professional with over thirty years of experience. She specializes in Polarity Therapy, Cranial Sacral Therapy, aromatherapy, and massage. Griffiths is also a Reiki Master and a Certified Dream Coach, focusing on helping individuals discover their passions and achieve their goals. She is the creator of Aroma Yoga® and directs the Urban Zen Integrative Therapy program in Los Angeles, teaching the benefits of essential oils in integrative medicine. Griffiths is a leader in combining yoga and essential oils to enhance practice and co-owns the Life Energy Institute, which offers continuing education in Polarity Therapy and Cranio-Sacral Unwinding. She also works with teens and young adults at Embark Behavioral Health and maintains a private practice.
