Join us for "The Pig in Water-Mixable Oil," a beloved painting class originally taught by local artist Kathy Mann and now continued by Sara. This paint and sip style class invites you to unleash your creativity using water-mixable oil paints, offering blend-ability and ample open work time without the fumes. Participants aged 16 and older are welcome to bring their favorite beverage or enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, or cocoa during the session.
For this project, you'll work on a 12×12 square stretched canvas prepped with a grey background. Please note that you'll leave with a sticky canvas that requires about two weeks to fully dry. The paint is oily but thins with water and cleans up easily with soapy water.
The cost is $50, and ticket sales close at 8 PM the night before the class. Minimum attendance is four; if this number is not met, the class may be canceled. Refunds are not available, but cancellations by the host will result in either a credit for a future class or a refund. Don't miss out on this creative experience!
