Avengers Academy is a special Two-Headed Giant event designed to encourage experienced players to bring new friends into Magic.
This event takes place one week before Magic: The Gathering | Marvel Super Heroes Prerelease. It offers a pre-season introduction to Magic for new players and ties into a special Two-Headed Giant event during Magic: The Gathering | Marvel Super Heroes Prerelease.
Each Avengers Academy participant receives a Welcome Deck featuring popular Marvel characters, while supplies last. Players use these Welcome Decks to compete alongside their friend in casual Two-Headed Giant matches against other teams in the store.
Avengers Academy participants that pre-register for the following week's Two-Headed Giant Prerelease event are to be provided a drawstring bag and Hero // Villain token upon registration. The Loki horns are to be provided to participants of the Two-Headed Giant Prerelease event on Sunday, June 21, if they participated in Avengers Academy.
