Join us for a full day of mind, body and spirit realignment including a silent disco and yummy bites for extra nourshiment, fun and play!
We'll start the day together flowing through a beautiful yoga flow led by Shawna Rose. Joining you all for an extended dreamy savasana of your dreams—Michelle will support deeper rest, integration and relaxation with the angelic tones of the koshi chimes, tuning forks and crystal singing bowls. Shawna Rose will provide Reiki energy healing during this time.
Kicking the party off Dj Oceana will provide headphones for our silent disco and conscious dance party! We will have a curated menu including delicious bites and hand selected mocktails available for purchase!
What to bring: a yoga mat, optional bolster/pillow.
