This event will last about one hour. Poets Prageeta Sharma and MT Vallarta lead this free reading of their original works. PRAGEETA SHARMAOn faculty at Pomona College, Sharma is an award-winning poet, author of five collections, and founder of Thinking Its Presence, recognized with a 2010 Howard Foundation Award. MT VALLARTAVallarta is a Filipinx poet and professor at Cal Poly, author of What You Refuse to Remember, whose work explores anti-imperialism, disability, and queer futures. Presented in partnership with the SLO County Arts Council.
